    Bringing a new fun twist to traditional Pilates. Keeping things a little slower in our signature class, we focus on form and alignment whilst still giving you that full body burn. Like any class we will always give you options to up the intensity or just stay as you are to make this class suitable for everyone.

  • Club MAT (Power)

    It’s all in the name. We power on, challenging the mind, the body. This class is filled with high energy and those juicy burns. Adding intensity, with additional props, extra reps and those extra pulses we all LOVE to see.

    A slower paced flow - that allows you to linger in the larger muscle group postures for longer while still experiencing a dynamic flow.Good for the body, great for the mind — all classes include breathwork and meditation.

    A unique and nurturing experience designed for new mums and their babies. This class offers a perfect blend of postnatal fitness and bonding time with your little one, helping you regain strength and flexibility postpartum so you can feel your most confident while enjoying precious moments with your mini me.

    *A health professional must clear clients to attend a group class. As there is a staircase to the studio it is recommended you bring a baby carrier rather than a stroller.
