  • Club STRONG (Mat)

    Think less flow and more fire. Club Strong focuses on simple, functional movements performed with higher repetitions to build strength, endurance and a serious burn. Expect a more structured format with a clear sequence that you'll work through 1–2 times, allowing you to really dial in your form and feel every rep.

    This class is heated, please bring a towel and water bottle.

    Club Reformer Power is our signature class, an intermediate to advanced reformer workout designed to challenge your strength, control and endurance. Expect dynamic sequences, high intensity progressions and plenty of pulses to fire up every muscle group. This class moves with purpose, giving you the perfect blend of strength, burn and power.

Like any class we will always give you options to up the intensity or just stay as you are to make this class suitable for everyone.

    This class is all about the glutes and core - no distractions, just pure focus where it counts. With layered options and added props, it's designed for all levels. Expect to feel the burn through deep, targeted Pilates-based movement that strengthens, stabilises, and sculpts.

    A slower paced flow - that allows you to linger in the larger muscle group postures for longer while still experiencing a dynamic flow.Good for the body, great for the mind - all classes include breathwork and meditation.

This class offers a perfect blend of postnatal fitness and bonding time with your little one, helping you regain strength and flexibility postpartum so you can feel your most confident while enjoying precious moments with your mini me.
